| Calling All Canadians and Friends of Canada! Yes, we know Canada’s “National Day” is July 1st,but in London we are celebrating early – on Saturday, June 28th – with a giant street party showcasing the best of Canada. Festivities will begin on Trafalgar Square at about 12:00 pm and will wrap up by about 8:30 pm. There’s no admission charge and it’s all family-friendly. Enjoy plenty of Canadian music and entertainment through the day – eight great performances from across Canada – concluding with “ARKELLS”. The NHL’s Global Fan Tour will let you try your skills at Canada’s National Winter Sport. The Terry Fox Run in the UK will host a pavilion. A Canadian Food Fest, presented by McCain Foods, will include lobster rolls, poutine, Nanaimo bars and butter tarts, pancakes with maple syrup, perogies, beef burgers, maple coffee, Caesars, and more… Sample a bit of “The True North, Strong and Free” right in the heart of London!
